As a Product Manager, you will own and drive the success of a defined product portfolio, combining strategic thinking with strong market and customer focus. Positioned between Regional Marketing and Product Group Leadership, you will translate market insights, customer needs, and business strategy into actionable product decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations - to ensure that products are competitively positioned, financially successful, and aligned with long-term portfolio objectives.
What you will do
Define and execute product strategies across the full product lifecycle (from ideation to end-of-life) while monitoring product performance and support delivery of revenue and profitability targets
Analyze markets, applications, customer needs, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with portfolio and business goals
Build, evaluate, and drive business cases for new product opportunities including business case fulfillment
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure aligned execution
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with clear value propositions and go-to-market plans
Drive product positioning, pricing, and portfolio optimization
Contribute to marketing content and product communication materials
What you will need
Minimum master’s degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering or semiconductor device physics
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales or business development (ideally in semiconductor or high-tech domain)
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to translate technical and market insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder (internal/external) management skills
Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer and value focus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel (low frequency)
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
