Fulfilment Operations Supervisor
About the role
The Fulfilment Operations Supervisor is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day running of Giftpro’s physical gift voucher fulfilment operation. Reporting to the General Manager, the role ensures that printed vouchers are produced, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time, Monday to Friday.
The role includes direct line management of one permanent team member and supervision of temporary staff during the festive peak period. This position plays a key role in maintaining Giftpro’s premium customer experience, particularly during the final six weeks of the year when volumes are highest.
Responsibilities
Run the daily fulfilment operation for physical printed vouchers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely dispatch
Work hands-on within the fulfilment operation while supervising workflow and priorities
Line manage one direct report, providing day-to-day guidance, task allocation, and support
Supervise and coordinate temporary staff during peak festive periods
Monitor stock levels and carry out regular stock checks and stock takes
Liaise with fulfilment and print suppliers, escalating issues to the General Manager when required
Support the General Manager with supplier coordination and operational reporting
Ensure fulfilment processes are followed consistently and efficiently
Work with Customer Operations team to ensure sufficient cover for all responsibilities
Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient fulfilment workspace
Support operational readiness during peak periods, including higher volumes and time-sensitive dispatches
Obtain and maintain a Personal Alcohol Licence to support alcohol-related voucher fulfilment
Requirements
Experience in a fulfilment, warehouse, or operations-based role
Previous experience supervising staff or coordinating day-to-day work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Experience handling stock control and inventory checks
Comfortable working in a hands-on, practical environment
Willingness and eligibility to obtain a Personal Alcohol Licence
Basic IT skills and confidence using systems and operational tools
Desired skills and experience:
Experience in print fulfilment or production-based environments
Exposure to production printing equipment such as the Xerox Versant 280 press
Familiarity with Fiery print workflows or digital print configuration
Experience managing or supervising temporary staff
Experience working through busy seasonal peaks
Background in hospitality, gifting, or customer-focused fulfilment
