Enterprise Account Executive (Austin, TX)

Join a high-growth SaaS company operating at the intersection of AI and developer tooling. Their platform helps large organizations improve software reliability, security, and maintainability by identifying issues early in the development lifecycle.

This is an enterprise-focused role owning a defined territory, responsible for both net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts. You’ll run full-cycle sales, from prospecting through close, while building relationships across technical teams (developers, engineering leaders) and executive stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

Drive new business within enterprise accounts through outbound and strategic prospecting

Land initial deals and usage across the organization

Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and buying personas

Deliver value-based sales motions, building ROI-driven business cases

Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and channel teams

Own pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene

What they’re looking for:

3–7 years of B2B SaaS closing experience

Track record of landing and expanding enterprise accounts

Experience closing $100K+ deals and navigating complex sales cycles

Comfortable selling technical products into engineering/IT environments

Strong discovery, storytelling, and objection-handling skills

Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC or similar)

Additional details:

Austin-based, on-site presence required (relocation available)

Enterprise deal cycles with six-figure+ deal sizes

Blend of high-activity prospecting and strategic account management

Competitive compensation ($300k+ OTE with a 50/50 split and flexible for the right candidate)
