Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle SOA Suite 12c and OSB.
Monitor and resolve production issues in middleware environments.
Troubleshoot SOAP/REST integration failures.
Support WebLogic Server configuration and adapter-related issues.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
Use SQL/PLSQL for data validation and issue investigation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Follow ITIL/ITSM processes for incident and change management.
Support scheduled shifts and weekend/on-call activities.
