What You’ll Tackle

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client check-ins, fostering long-term trust and identifying evolving financial needs.

Portfolio & Ops Support: Assist in reviewing asset portfolios for accuracy, processing claims, and maintaining pristine account documentation.

Command Center Mastery: Overhaul and manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless appointment flows and timely follow-ups for the leadership team.

Creative Marketing: Use Canva to design administrative visuals and assist in the operational management of corporate events.

Business Growth: Participate in team expansion by identifying and sourcing new talent to join our vibrant agency.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or A-Level equivalent. (Private Diploma holders must possess a Degree).

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and Canva.

Communication: Fluent in English with the "people skills" to build rapport quickly and professionally.

Commitment: Minimum of 3 days per week for part-time applicants.
