Job Description
As a "Social Media and Branded Content Senior Specialist", you will ensure the proper execution, strategic consistency, and quality of all digital media activities, social media content, and influencer initiatives. You will guarantee alignment with brand objectives, budget, and creative guidelines.
Your main responsibilities:
Strategic Management of LinkedIn Content:
Define the annual and monthly communication plan for LinkedIn, aligned with business and reputation objectives.
Create content (copy, visual proposals, storytelling) tailored to different profiles within the organization.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to validate messaging, tone, and approach.
Manage the editorial calendar, schedule publications, and monitor performance.
Analyze results, extract insights, and continuously optimize the content strategy.
Briefing Creation for Social Media and Car Reviewers Content:
Develop briefings defining objectives, key messages, tone, formats, and deliverables.
Evaluate creator profiles: analyze brand affinity, content quality, metrics, and digital reputation.
Review and approve influencer campaign budgets.
Approve or request adjustments to the proposed content.
Coordination of Vehicle Loans for Influencers:
Ensure influencers receive vehicles on time and as agreed.
Maintain an up-to-date record of associated commitments.
Branded Content & Brand Image:
Ensure consistency in campaign look & feel across all touchpoints.
Oversee tone of voice and messaging to ensure brand alignment.
Validate content from external partners (e.g., publishers) to guarantee quality and coherence.
Validation of Digital Asset Adaptation:
Ensure all creative adaptations meet brand guidelines and specifications.
Guarantee visual and technical accuracy across formats and digital assets.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Journalism, or related fields
Postgraduate degree (preferred): Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Corporate Communication
Microsoft Tools:
Excel (Advanced): KPI analysis, budget management, pivot tables
PowerPoint (Advanced): Strategic presentations and executive reporting
Teams / Outlook: Daily coordination with stakeholders
Other Tools:
Social Media Management: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Monday
Influencer Marketing: HypeAuditor, Kolsquare, Modash
Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, LinkedIn/Meta dashboards
Design: Canva (user level) + basic Adobe knowledge (Photoshop/Illustrator)
Languages & Experience:
English: B2–C1 (advanced, written and spoken)
Experience: 3–5 years in similar roles
