Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits
Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales coverage and market penetration
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze customer data
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue opportunities
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account management responsibilities
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis
Ability to perform product demos effectively and articulate technical solutions clearly
Skilled in lead generation techniques including cold calling and direct sales approaches
Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business development efforts
Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer needs
Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet client expectations
Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory
