Creative Production Manager

At Louichee Limited, we sit at the intersection of avant-garde design, cultural storytelling, and commercial fashion. We are seeking a highly organized, vision-driven Creative Production Manager to bridge the gap between our wildest creative concepts and flawless execution.

In this role, you will be the engine room of our creative output. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our production from sourcing fabrics and managing manufacturing timelines for new collections, to coordinating high-end editorial campaigns, runway presentations, and digital content shoots. If you are a master organizer who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and knows how to keep both designers and suppliers on schedule and on budget, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the production calendar from initial sketch to final garment delivery. Ensure all samples, tech packs, and bulk orders are completed on schedule.

Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with fabric suppliers, local/international factories, artisans, and trim vendors to secure the best quality and pricing.

Plan and execute the logistics for all brand campaigns, lookbooks, and digital content shoots. This includes securing locations, managing call sheets, and coordinating with models, photographers, makeup artists, and stylists.

Implement and monitor strict quality assurance standards across all stages of manufacturing to preserve the premium integrity of the Louichee brand.

Act as the central communication hub between the Operations and Contracts Manager, the design room, marketing, and external production partners to ensure absolute alignment on brand vision.

Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing engagement metrics.

Skills

End-to-end management of garment production, factory sourcing, sample testing, and vendor negotiations.

Expert ability to build strict production timelines, allocate creative budgets, and pivot seamlessly when supply chain bottlenecks occur.

Proven experience directing behind-the-scenes operations, scouting locations, and managing creative talent.

A calm, resourceful approach to handling tight industry deadlines, shipping delays, and the fast-shifting realities of the fashion calendar.

Excellent teamwork and leadership qualities to motivate and guide creative teams. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to shape compelling fashion narratives while managing diverse projects within a vibrant organisation.

Qualifications & Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of active experience in production management, creative operations, or project management specifically within the fashion, apparel, or high-end creative agency industries.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education in any field. Your portfolio, track record of managing collections/campaigns, and industry references carry more weight than your specific major.

Deep familiarity with garment manufacturing processes, fabric types, and the operational workflow of a fashion house.
