Responsibilities
Partner with engineering teams to improve development efficiency and system reliability through best practices and technical solutions.
Assess existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Recommend and implement engineering practices such as CI/CD and SRE using core engineering platforms.
Define transition roadmaps for adopting new tools, processes, and architectures.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations.
Support POCs and early implementations to ensure successful production rollouts.
Collaborate with peers to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in software engineering as an individual contributor.
Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience with Node.js is a plus.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
Proven experience delivering large-scale solutions in enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in highly secure or air-gapped environments (e.g., banking or government systems) is a plus.
Pay: Up to $7,500.00 per month
