About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and data driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid performance marketing efforts across search, social, and additional paid acquisition channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands on expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven history of driving measurable growth through paid media. The ideal candidate is confident managing multichannel campaigns, optimizing budgets against KPIs, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and optimize full funnel paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic platforms, and other emerging channels.
Manage day to day campaign operations including bidding, audience segmentation, keyword planning, account expansions, creative testing, A/B experimentation, and budget pacing.
Continuously evaluate new platforms, technologies, and trends to identify growth opportunities and improve ROAS.
Analytics, Reporting, & Optimization
Build and manage dashboards, reports, and insights using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and platform level reporting tools.
Track, measure, and interpret campaign performance metrics to guide optimization decisions.
Analyze customer behavior, attribution models, and conversion funnels to improve efficiency and overall marketing performance.
Provide CMO with weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, creative agency, sales, and product teams to align paid media efforts with brand messaging and business goals.
Partner with leadership to forecast results, allocate budgets, and ensure the paid strategy supports broader growth initiatives.
Provide clear, data backed insights to stakeholders regarding performance, trends, and opportunities.
Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with partners.
Vendor & Budget Management
Oversee company partners Google, Meta, third party tools, and technology vendors when applicable.
Own paid media budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation across all channels.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands on experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major paid ad platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, tagging, attribution modeling, and reporting dashboards.
Demonstrated success managing six and seven figure annual budgets with a proven track record of achieving performance targets.
Deep understanding of performance marketing best practices including bidding strategies, funnel optimization, landing page testing, and data interpretation.
Experience working with creatives, messaging frameworks, and audience testing methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly and confidently.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
Google Analytics certifications
Experience with Looker Studio, SEO collaboration, or marketing automation systems.
Background in ecommerce, travel, hospitality, or luxury consumer brands is a plus.
Experience evaluating and implementing marketing technology tools, pixels, and tracking frameworks.

Compensation
