Job Description

You have a great personality! You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements. Your duties will also include the following:

Telemarketing, especially conducting initial and follow-up phone calls

Establishing and expanding the list of clients

Checking the arrivals list in cooperation with the Sales Manager

Helping to plan and implement all Motel One sales activities, such as customer events and hotel tours

Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation

Qualifications

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

Ideally have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have some professional sales experience or be looking for a change of career

Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude

Have excellent manners and strong negotiation skills

Have a persuasive personality and enjoy active selling

Enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to cooperate across departments
