Job Title: System Engineer – Endpoint Management (Intune & Autopilot)
Location: Nashik, India
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 4–5 years
Job Summary
Responsible for managing and securing end-user devices across the organization using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. The role focuses on device lifecycle management, zero-touch provisioning, compliance enforcement, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Endpoint & Intune Management
Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance
Create and manage device policies (security, configuration, conditional access)
Manage MDM/MAM for corporate and BYOD devices
2. Autopilot & Device Provisioning
Deploy and manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning
Handle device onboarding including hardware hash import and enrollment workflows
Configure deployment profiles and naming standards
3. Device Lifecycle Management
Manage lifecycle of end-user devices (procurement deployment refresh
retirement)
Maintain global device standards and configurations
4. Application & Patch Management
Deploy applications via Intune (Win32, mobile apps)
Manage patching, update rings, and OS/application compliance
5. Security & Compliance
Implement endpoint security policies (encryption, compliance baselines)
Support vulnerability remediation and compliance enforcement
6. Support & Operations
Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint-related issues
Troubleshoot enrollment, policy, and device access issues
Maintain SOPs and documentation
Required Qualifications
Experience
4–5 years of experience in Endpoint Management / System Engineering
Hands-on experience with enterprise end-user device environments
Experience in global IT environments preferred
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and configuration
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID
Experience in endpoint security and compliance policies
PowerShell scripting (preferred)
Preferred Skills
Apple Business Manager / Android Enterprise exposure
SCCM / Endpoint Manager hybrid environment knowledge
Understanding of security standards and compliance frameworks
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
Microsoft certifications (Endpoint Administrator / Azure) preferred
