Manager, Marketing AI Governance
We have an opportunity for a Manager, Marketing AI Governance to join our Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations. In this pivotal role, you will architect and lead the responsible use of AI across Infoblox’s global Marketing organization—designing high-impact AI solutions while building the governance, compliance, and risk frameworks that keep our brand, data, and customers safe. Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Legal, IT, and Security, you will shape an AI roadmap that accelerates revenue, elevates customer engagement, and ensures our AI-powered go-to-market stack is trustworthy, auditable, and scalable.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
Define a Marketing AI solutions roadmap aligned to Marketing and go-to-market priorities, including AI use-case intake and risk tiering
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and guardrails for AI models, prompts, workflows, and agentic systems used across Marketing
Design evaluation frameworks for factual accuracy, hallucination rate, bias detection, and brand adherence in AI-powered marketing tools
Partner with Marketing, IT, Security, Legal, and the IT AI Practice to evaluate, pilot, and scale AI tools in line with enterprise risk and compliance requirements
Implement monitoring for model drift, data leakage, policy violations, audit trails, and escalation paths for incidents
Lead red-team exercises to detect prompt injection, unsafe outputs, and compliance or brand risks in Marketing AI systems
Create playbooks, guidance, and enablement programs that help Marketing teams use AI safely for content, analytics, optimization, and decision support
Manage and develop a team of AI specialists, setting priorities, clarifying ownership, and coaching for impact
Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, BDR, and Analytics to embed AI into scalable workflows while maintaining data integrity
Define and report KPIs for adoption, productivity, business impact, and governance health to senior leadership
Be Prepared — What You Bring
5–7 years of experience in AI/ML operations, governance, marketing operations, or related strategic program roles in a B2B enterprise technology environment
Proven experience designing and implementing AI or advanced technology solutions in go-to-market or marketing operations contexts
Strong understanding of generative AI, LLM evaluation, prompt pipelines, model lifecycle management, and prompt injection risks
Experience building governance frameworks for responsible AI, including controls for privacy, security, compliance, and auditability
Familiarity with enterprise compliance requirements, including GDPR
Hands-on knowledge of marketing technology and data ecosystems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and related integrations
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, IT, Security, and Legal
Experience managing or mentoring specialists and building team capability over time
Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear guidance
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred

Six Months:
Deliver at least two high-impact Marketing AI pilots with measurable adoption and documented business outcomes
Publish and operationalize the AI Governance Framework, including evaluation standards, audit expectations, and escalation procedures
Complete initial red-team assessments of the highest-risk AI tools in the Marketing stack
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and establish a reporting cadence with leadership
One Year:
Scale proven AI marketing solutions globally with measurable impact on productivity, pipeline contribution, or customer engagement
Present AI program results, governance health metrics, and a forward-looking roadmap to Marketing leadership
Mature the governance program with continuous monitoring, change control, and ongoing risk review
Be recognized as a trusted advisor on responsible AI across the Marketing organization
