Job Description HR Operations & Compliance Executive:
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Compliance Executive to manage statutory compliance and MIS reporting, and all activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage timelines effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
· Good understanding of PF processing and audit management.
· Excellent coordination and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.
· Ability to work under strict timelines and maintain accuracy.
Preferred Experience :
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience.
Experience in HR Operations, Compliance, Payroll Support and HR
Administration.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
