Hiring: Account Executive – Treasury & Banking Operations Industry: Real Estate Location: Camp Experience: +5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily bank balances and perform bank reconciliations.
Ensure adequate liquidity across company accounts.
Process and verify fund transfers, tax payments, and inter-company transactions.
Manage banking operations, including account opening/closing, mandates, and coordination with banking partners.
Monitor RERA-designated accounts and ensure timely withdrawals and compliance with RERA regulations.
Maintain accurate financial records and support treasury-related reporting.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Treasury & Banking Operations.
Experience in bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and payment processing.
Understanding of RERA compliance and real estate financial processes.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, SAP, Highrise, or other Treasury Management Systems.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
