Location: Pune, Maharashtra Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives Experience: 1–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets. Similar BDE roles in Pune commonly focus on lead generation, client acquisition, sales pipeline management, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

Maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Update CRM and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Experience in B2B/B2C sales and business development.

Lead generation and client acquisition expertise.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

Experience in IT, SaaS, Digital Marketing, Real Estate, Recruitment, or Service Sales is preferred.
