Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, events, and corporate contacts.
Convert inquiries into enrollments for yoga, weight loss, pain management, and wellness programs.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain program benefits and recommend suitable wellness solutions.
Conduct counseling and sales discussions with interested participants.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Build partnerships with housing societies, schools, corporates, and community groups.
Support seminars, workshops, health camps, and wellness events. (LinkedIn)
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Confidence in handling customer inquiries and objections.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
