Assistant Manager / Manager – BTL Activities
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, hired for a client in the MICE industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities for client campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
Executing and managing on-ground BTL campaigns
Handling roadshows, mall activations, and activations in residential and commercial venues
Coordinating with vendors, agencies, and partners
Ensuring timely execution of campaigns within defined budgets
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance and results
Supporting implementation of client marketing strategies through BTL initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher
2–3 years of experience in BTL marketing or event management
Experience with roadshows and on-ground activations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Good analytical and reporting skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
