Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology projects and programs.

Define, manage, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and reporting frameworks.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Ensure effective governance, compliance, and adherence to project management standards.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.

Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of the organization.

Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting to leadership teams.

Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies while promoting continuous improvement.

Ensure successful project outcomes that deliver measurable business value.

Manage vendor and third-party relationships where required.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing project delivery environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects in complex enterprise environments.

Strong background in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.

Experience delivering Integration, Infrastructure, or Supply Chain Technology projects.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple project streams.

Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to drive project delivery while balancing operational stability and business priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.

Experience within Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Transport Technology environments.

Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
