Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

In this role, you’ll contribute across the full UX process - from problem framing and rapid research to high fidelity design, prototyping, and handoff.

Key responsibilities will include:

Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, identify user needs, and validate design concepts.

Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex systems, ensuring they meet business and user requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.

Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across different products and tools.

User Experience Strategy: Define and advocate for best practices in user experience design, ensuring a user-centered approach is maintained throughout the design process.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Minimum Qualifications

Ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design (B. Design) or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related subject.

Experience in product/UX design with shipped work in complex or multi-step applications.

Strength in interaction design, prototyping, and UI craft; proficiency in Figma/FigJam.

Experience running or assisting in usability studies and synthesizing findings.

Clear communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work and rationale.

Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end problem solving and your contribution within a team.

Experience in data-heavy or technical products; comfort with tables, filters, states, and validation is preferred.

Familiarity with accessibility, localization, and performance considerations is a plus.

Exposure to design tokens and component libraries is an advantage.
