At Team Global Express, we’re powering Australia’s logistics network—and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Operational Success Partner to help us take it to the next level.
This role sits at the heart of our Palletised Express operations, where data meets execution. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how our network performs day-to-day identifying opportunities, solving complex operational challenges, and working side-by-side with frontline teams to deliver outstanding service.

What you’ll do
You’ll be the connector between data, people, and performance—driving operational excellence across our network by:
Analyse performance metrics to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve service outcomes across the network.
Lead root cause investigations into service or operational issues and implement sustainable, data-driven solutions.
Build strong relationships with branch managers and operational leaders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and fast resolution of challenges on the ground
Own and deliver operational reporting, focusing on key service metrics like DIFOT, capacity utilisation, and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with regional leaders, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and uplift performance standards.
Contribute operational insights to new business opportunities and support the successful rollout of transformation and improvement initiatives.

You can interpret complex data sets and turn insights into meaningful action, with Excel skills
You bring structured thinking and a methodical approach to identifying root causes and delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
You communicate with impact and build credibility quickly whether you’re working with frontline teams or senior leaders.
You understand logistics, network operations, or complex service environments and thrive in performance-driven settings.
You’re adaptable, proactive, and energised by challenge someone who takes ownership and sees things through.
You’re naturally curious, always asking “why,” and constantly looking for ways to make things better for the business and the customer.
