About the role

As an Account Manager, Client Communications , you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality client communications solutions across superannuation funds. You’ll manage end-to-end correspondence development, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant delivery while working closely with clients and stakeholders.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong communications or PR expertise , who thrives in a client-facing environment and can manage competing priorities within structured timelines.

Key responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of client communication change requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance

Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams, clients and vendors to deliver effective communication outcomes

Oversee client-specific outbound correspondence, ensuring alignment with design principles and operational requirements

Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to third-party vendors to meet delivery, quality and SLA expectations

Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and enhance the customer communication experience

Ensure all communications meet legislative and regulatory requirements within superannuation

Consult with clients on communication strategies, requirements and tailored solutions

Monitor performance metrics, manage workflows, and ensure delivery against agreed timelines

About you

Strong experience in communications, PR, or client communications delivery roles

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and client relationships at multiple levels

Experience delivering work within tight timelines and structured processes

Strong understanding of communication development and delivery frameworks

Background in superannuation or financial services and an appreciation of communications regulations (highly regarded)

Experience working with vendors or third-party providers

High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and compliance

Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and organisational skills
