Job Title: Travel Executive

Location: Nashik, India

Employment Type: Full time

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Travel Operations

Manage end-to-end travel bookings (flights, hotels, ground transport) for domestic and international travel

Optimize travel plans balancing cost, convenience, and business requirements

Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling

2. Visa & Compliance Management

Manage business visa processing across multiple regions (Schengen, UK, US, APAC, etc.)

Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with embassy and regulatory requirements

Maintain tracking of visa timelines and approvals

3. Vendor & Partner Management

Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and visa service providers

Ensure availability of preferred vendors and negotiated corporate rates

Monitor vendor performance and service quality

4. Policy Adherence & Governance

Ensure strict adherence to RIB Travel Policy and approval workflows (CoA compliance)

Maintain updated knowledge on travel advisories, immigration, and compliance requirements

Maintain auditable records of all bookings and approvals

5. Cost Management & Reporting

Track and optimize travel expenses (OPEX control)

Provide monthly travel MIS reports, including cost analysis and savings opportunities

Support Finance with invoice validation and reconciliation

6. Employee Support & Experience

Act as a single point of contact for all employee travel queries

Provide timely support during travel disruptions or emergencies

Ensure a consistent and high-quality employee travel experience

Key Interfaces

Internal: Employees, Hiring Managers, Finance, HR, Procurement, IT Leadership

External: Travel vendors, Airlines, Hotels, Visa agencies

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field

3–6 years of experience in corporate travel management in India

Strong exposure to international visa processing and global travel coordination
