Job Summary:

Junior Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, assisting with GST and taxation processes, and ensuring accurate data entry in Tally ERP 9. The role supports smooth financial operations and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP 9.

Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries.

Assist in GST filing, taxation, and compliance-related activities.

Manage billing, purchase, sales, and expense records.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.

Support month-end accounting and reporting activities.

Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting.

Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 is mandatory.

Basic understanding of GST, taxation, and billing processes.

Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.

Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Commerce graduate (B.Com preferred).

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible candidate with basic accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9. The ideal candidate should be quick to learn, organized, and capable of handling billing, taxation, and accounting entries accurately. Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow in the accounts and finance domain are essential.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
