Job Responsibilities-
· Manage vendor bills, event-related payouts, and client collections as per Indian accounting norms.
· Prepare payment advice for bank transfers or UPI/NEFT.
· Maintain accurate ledger for each event/project (venue, production, artists, logistics).
· Track actual vs. budgeted expenses.
· Monitor petty cash usage for the field/event team.
· Verify and settle employee reimbursements.
· Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
· Maintain updated daily cash flow sheet.
· Assist with GST input matching (GSTR-2B), GST return filing (GSTR-1, 3B), and TDS compliance (Form 26Q).
· File TDS challans and maintain vendor TDS data.
· Collect vendor invoices, verify GST numbers (on GSTN portal), and coordinate for missing documents.
· Maintain audit-ready records (bills, ledgers, vouchers).
· Assist CA during internal or statutory audits.
· Use accounting software like Tally ERP 9 etc.
· Digitally store bills, vouchers, and journal entries.
· Submit weekly summaries of cash flow, pending payments, and event-wise profitability.
· Generate MIS reports for the finance head.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
