Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential enterprise clients in need of EAP services. This includes understanding industry trends, organizational challenges, and competitor offerings.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads within target enterprise organizations, including HR departments, benefits administrators, and executive leadership.
Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise clients, including HR directors, benefits managers, and C-suite executives.
Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific requirements and challenges related to employee mental health, wellbeing, and productivity.
Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of EAP services and demonstrate how they can address the unique needs of each enterprise client.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring that contracts are mutually beneficial and align with the organization's objectives.
Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems, and providing regular updates to management.
Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, stay informed about industry developments, and represent the organization within the EAP community.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in EAP services to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and tactics
Qualifications: -Postgraduate / MBA Preferred
Total work Experience: 6+ Years
Experience in direct sales of products and services (IT and Non-IT) to the enterprise account Background in selling to the HR persona is mandatory”Sales Professionals who can manage the overall sales strategy and policy in the various channels and in terms of major customers by grasping target or category opportunities.
