About the role
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring manufacturing projects.
Support project timelines, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Design, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Monitor project KPIs and report project status to stakeholders.
Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
Support machine installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up activities.
Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering concepts.
Understanding of production planning and process flow.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement concepts.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software is an advantage.
Basic understanding of project management principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
