About the Roles
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead major MRT and infrastructure projects, based in Central Singapore within walking distance from MRT. This permanent role offers a competitive salary package with allowances, AWS, and variable bonus, and operates on a 5- or 5.5-day work week totaling 44 hours. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage MRT and large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring targets for safety, quality, schedule, and budget are met.
Support tender submissions by preparing construction methodologies, project schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments.
Coordinate and supervise all project activities, including engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor and manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow forecasting, and resource allocation.
Guide project teams and collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to mitigate technical, operational, and commercial issues.
Oversee contract management, variation orders, claims, and project reporting alongside commercial and contract departments.
Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, government agencies, and senior management.
Ensure compliance with contract specifications, regulatory standards, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, and internal policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and overall project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
8–10 years of relevant experience in MRT, underground works, deep excavation, geotechnical engineering, or major infrastructure projects.
At least 8 years of proven experience leading civil engineering and construction teams on projects of similar scale and complexity.
Strong exposure to Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects is essential.
Demonstrated leadership with excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, project planning and controls, cost management, and risk management practices.
Exceptional communication, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
