Software Engineer

1) Contributed to project estimation, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and governance activities, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and quality expectations.

2) Analysed business and technical requirements, collaborating closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to define test scope, approach, and acceptance criteria.

3) Designed and implemented comprehensive test cases and scenarios, ensuring full coverage of functional, integration, and non-functional requirements.

4) Led end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution across complex systems, ensuring alignment with both current and future business workflows.

5) Managed test data creation and environment readiness across multiple non-production systems to support efficient and accurate testing.

6) Utilised test management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MicroFocus ALM, PractiTest, and Confluence for traceability, defect tracking, and reporting.

7) Led defect triage sessions with cross-functional teams, prioritising issues and driving timely resolution while ensuring quality standards are maintained.

8) Managed multiple testing phases including system, integration, regression, database, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.

9) Drove User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business stakeholders, validating outcomes, and securing production deployment approvals.

10) Produced and presented key test deliverables including test plans, test summary reports, defect reports, and executive-level status updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
