The role briefly is internal account managing. Working with the internal team and project manager processing incoming work and projects liaising with clients and production.
The ability to liaise with clients old and new is important. The knowledge of large format print and signage is vital to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact. To assist in running jobs.
- Understand client needs and objectives and propose solutions that align with their goals
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Skills:
- Adobe Illustrator -
- Understanding of artwork and files
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage client accounts and drive results
