About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Director to lead the visual identity of our ecommerce business across photography, graphic design, and web experience. You'll be the connective tissue between our brand partners and our internal creative team — ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand, commercially driven, and executed with precision. You'll work directly with brands for creative input and approvals, translating their vision into compelling digital product experiences.
This role is made for someone who lives and breathes pop culture. At CultureFly, our products exist at the intersection of fandom and everyday life. We want a creative leader who genuinely geeks out over the franchises, characters, and cultural moments we bring to life — because that passion shows up in the work. If you can spot a trend before it peaks and know what a fan community truly wants to see, you'll thrive here.

Own end-to-end creative direction for all ecommerce visual output — from brief to live
Direct photo and video shoots: casting, styling, set direction, and post-production oversight

Translate brand guidelines and IP into scroll-stopping, conversion-optimized creative
Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and product teams
Build and manage a high-performing creative team and/or agency and freelancer relationships
Establish scalable creative systems, templates, and brand asset libraries
Review and approve all creative before it goes to brand or goes live on-site

7+ years in creative roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
Strong ecommerce or DTC background — you understand what converts
Proven experience art directing photo and video shoots end-to-end
Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
