About You

You are a person who loves to turn data into actionable insights, evaluate program performance, and drive improvements through thoughtful analysis and reporting. We need someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex program data, resolving issues, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

In the role of Program Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting program performance through data analysis, developing and applying performance metrics, documenting risks and issues, contributing to Agile planning activities, managing EDI production issues, and preparing clear, concise reports and communication materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.

About The Position

Perform program analysis, data analysis, and reporting to assess program performance and support decision-making.

Develop and apply performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for program improvement.

Support requirements analysis, documentation, and reporting related to program risks, issues, and status.

Assist with backlog refinement, PI planning, and roadmap updates for EDI and modernization initiatives.

Prepare technical documents, reports, and stakeholder communication materials.

Manage EDI production issues, including intake, tracking, analysis, and resolution coordination.

Perform data analysis and root cause investigation of transaction failures and workflow issues.

Coordinate with OIT and stakeholders to resolve defects and maintain workflow continuity.

Maintain issue logs, tickets, and status reporting for EDI leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

5 years of experience in healthcare payer program management.

Bachelor's degree in BA or BS

Proven/extensive experience in a large-scale integrated healthcare system with focus on Veterans healthcare and outreach.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship or naturalized citizenship is required for this position.

All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Compensation: $93,000-$110,000/annually

Additional Details : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CST
