Position: HR Executive – Hiring, Placements & Corporate Relations Location: Walkin Educate Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
Walkin Educate is seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment activities, student placements, corporate tie-ups, and NGO coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and experience in handling end-to-end hiring and placement activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
Student Placement Activities
Coordinate placement drives for students across various domains.
Match student profiles with suitable job opportunities.
Conduct placement follow-ups and maintain placement records.
Prepare students for interviews by coordinating mock interviews and placement guidance sessions.
Track placement performance and generate reports.
Corporate Tie-Ups & Business Development
Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placement opportunities.
Identify and approach new organizations for campus recruitment and hiring partnerships.
Schedule meetings and presentations with HR professionals and hiring managers.
Build a database of potential employers and industry contacts.
Ensure regular follow-up with existing corporate partners.
NGO Coordination
Establish and maintain relationships with NGOs for skill development, training, and employment initiatives.
Coordinate NGO-related projects, events, and placement opportunities.
Manage communication and documentation related to NGO partnerships.
Assist in organizing CSR and community engagement activities.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain placement, recruitment, and corporate partnership records.
Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with organizational policies.
Support management in HR and placement-related activities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Experience of 1–3 years in HR, recruitment, placements, corporate relations, or NGO coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
