About the role

Role Overview: You will be the engine of our growth, managing the recruitment funnel for our sales team. Your goal is to filter high-quality talent and keep our pipelines full. Responsibilities:

Post job openings and manage candidate responses.

Screen candidates based on communication skills and attitude.

Maintain the daily tracking sheet for all active applicants.

Ensure team coordination and assist in onboarding interns. The "What You Get": Certificate of Excellence, HR & Operations experience, and direct mentorship from the Founder.

Pay: ₹10,099.12 - ₹42,372.33 per month
