About the Role

The ANZ Procurement Lead – Marketing & Sales leads procurement strategy, sourcing, and supplier management across Marketing and Sales categories in Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the AMEA Marketing & Sales Procurement Head, this role partners with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and regional procurement teams to deliver value creation, supplier optimization, and effective execution of global procurement strategies within the ANZ market.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Category Management

Lead sourcing and procurement activities across categories including:

Creative Agencies

Media

Digital & Content Production

Data & Analytics

POSM & Promotional Materials

Market Research

Events & Brand Activations

External Sales Force Services

Execute global and regional procurement strategies locally.

Identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities.

Drive sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and supplier performance.

Manage contracts, SoWs, and supplier governance.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and regional procurement teams.

Support business initiatives and marketing campaigns with procurement expertise.

Ensure procurement compliance, governance, and commercial alignment.

Performance, Risk & Sustainability

Deliver measurable savings and Net P&L impact.

Track procurement KPIs and supplier performance.

Mitigate supplier and contractual risks.

Support sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives.

About You

Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience, ideally across Marketing & Sales categories.

Strong experience in sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.

Experience managing agencies or marketing supplier portfolios.

Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a matrixed regional/global environment.
