Role: IT Desktop Support Engineer (L2)
Location: Düsseldorf
Employment Type: B2B Contract
Work Mode: Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: €4,300 per month
Start Date: ASAP
Mandatory Requirements
German Language: B2 Certified (Mandatory)
Good communication skills in English
Experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC) environment
Ability to work independently and provide onsite user support
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
Support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
Handle incident tickets and service requests through ITSM tools.
Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
Support SCCM and Microsoft Intune for device management and software deployment.
Coordinate with global IT teams and third-party vendors when required.
Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
Provide VIP and executive user support as needed.
