About Us

SQ Fitness (Shredquarters) Battersea Reach is a boutique fitness studio based in Wandsworth, London. We run coach-led group training classes — including SHRED, LIFT, Boxing, Pilates, and Yoga — and offer personal training, posture clinics, and an open gym. We are a community-first studio focused on real results and genuine relationships.

We are growing and are now looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us bring new members through the door and support our corporate wellness partnerships.

The Role

This is a sales-focused role. You will be the first voice many potential members hear from SQ Fitness — making outbound calls to warm individual leads and conducting corporate outreach to local businesses. Your job is to start the conversation, create interest, and move prospects towards a trial or a meeting. The Owner and team will support you in closing.

This is not a customer service or admin role.

Location

This role can be carried out remotely. However, we have a preference for candidates based in or around Wandsworth, as there may be opportunities to support in-person member conversions at the studio and to benefit from a complimentary gym membership.

Hours & Schedule

Part-time, long-term position

Approximately 2–4 hours per day, 4 days per week

Flexibility on time of day — calls can be made during UK daytime or early evening hours

Weekend availability is welcome but not required

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales — Individual Leads

Call warm leads who have expressed interest in joining the studio

Guide prospects through our trial offer and next steps

Follow up consistently and move leads towards booking a trial or consultation

Log all call activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Outbound Sales — Corporate Outreach

Make outbound calls to local businesses to introduce our Corporate Wellness offer

Confidently navigate gatekeepers to reach the right decision-maker (HR, Office Manager, Director)

Create genuine interest and set up introductory calls or meetings for the Owner

Record all activity and follow-up actions in the CRM

In-Person Support (Wandsworth-based candidates)

Occasional opportunity to meet prospective members at the studio and support conversion

Represent SQ Fitness with professionalism and enthusiasm at the studio where relevant

What We're Looking For

Essential

Proven outbound phone sales experience — not customer service only

Confident, clear, and articulate communicator — fluent spoken English is essential

Strong ability to handle objections and keep a conversation on track

Comfortable using CRM systems to log activity accurately

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable device and strong, stable internet connection

Preferred (Not Essential)

Experience selling to UK customers in a B2C or B2B environment

Previous fitness, wellness, or service-based sales background

Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms

College or university education
