About the role
1.Perform QA/QC activities for fabricated process equipment and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
2.Monitor and control fabrication activities, including fit-up, welding, dimensional inspection, and final inspection.
3.Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, specifications, and customer requirements.
4.Supervise and independently manage day-to-day QA/QC operations.
5.Review and maintain quality documents, inspection reports, WPS, PQR, and welder qualification records.
6.Conduct and monitor welding quality activities for various welding processes such as GTAW, SAW, GMAW, etc.
7. Verify quality requirements and acceptance criteria as per ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
8. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely closure of quality issues and non-conformities.
9.Interact independently with customers and third-party inspection agencies during stage and final inspections.
10.Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills
Sound knowledge of welding inspection and quality control practices.
Good understanding of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements and acceptance criteria.
Ability to independently handle QA/QC activities and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
