🎯 Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination — Assist with schedules, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and daily project communication

Budget Tracking — Support cost control, change order management, and vendor invoicing

Subcontractor Management — Help organize subcontractor scopes, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards

Site Support — Conduct site walks, document progress, and collaborate with field teams to resolve issues

Client Communication — Prepare updates, coordinate meetings, and maintain a professional, solutions‑oriented presence

2–4 years of experience in construction

Familiarity with interior construction or tenant improvement projects

Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset

Ability to read drawings and understand basic construction sequencing

Comfort with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
