Job Description
As a Marketing Manager, your main focus will be to collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure adoption of guidelines and best practices; Drive key marketing and customer activation KPIs such as loyalty, NPS, traffic; and Collaborate with Sales Market teams.
This on-site role reports into our General Manager, Canada and is based out of Toronto Support Office.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities
Lead and drive brand growth and development in the Sales Market, balancing global strategies with local insights
Build and protect the brand by setting and executing a strong customer and marketing and communications plan based on global plan but tailored for local relevance
Secure short- and long-term growth of customer base, sales and brand presence through a data-driven, omni-channel approach
Drive key marketing and customer activation KPIs such as loyalty, NPS, traffic and conversion rates
Ensure effective allocation and follow-up of marketing investments in media, PR & comms., content production and customer engagement initiatives
Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, strengthening collaboration and ensuring delivery of world-class customer experiences
Identify and nurture future talents, plan succession and oversee recruitment of key marketing roles
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and cross-functional ways of working to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure adoption of guidelines and best practices
Collaborate with Sales Market teams to ensure alignment and follow-up on customer & business results
Qualifications
Who You Are:
Degree in Marketing, Comms., Business or related field
Excellent analytical ability and proven skills in developing strategies and action plans
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with international exposure
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage teams
Minimum 8-10 years’ leadership experience in marketing, sales or customer functions
Proven track record of delivering customer-centric results across brand, communications and media activities
Strong experience with omni-channel marketing approaches

Compensation: salary range is 139,630 *
