Duties

Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding client base and increasing sales opportunities
Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in service delivery
Experience
Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant plus for engaging diverse clients
