About the Company

We are a leading European independent energy storage company focused on accelerating the energy transition. Headquartered in Western Europe with multiple offices across the continent, we develop and operate large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) that enable efficient integration of renewable energy and support grid stability. What You Will Do

Lead contract management activities during the execution phase of large capital expenditure projects involving EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and other third parties, using contract frameworks such as UAV-GC, FIDIC, and bespoke agreements

Monitor contractor and supplier performance against contractual obligations, proactively identifying and managing risks, claims, and disputes

Advise project managers and wider project teams on contractual rights, obligations, and commercial risks

Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and procurement teams to align contract strategy with project and organisational objectives

Support continuous improvement of contract management processes, templates, and governance tools

10+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a dedicated contract management role
