Position: Accountant
Location: Swargate, Pune
Age Preference: 25–35 Years
Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly.
Generate and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
Prepare GST invoices and ensure timely GST return filing coordination.
Maintain stock-related accounting records and inventory reconciliation.
Handle TDS calculations and assist in statutory compliance.
Process employee reimbursements and petty cash.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants during audits.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for collections.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax.
Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
