Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (In-Hand) + Performance Incentives
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and market presence within the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, business development, dealer network expansion, and customer relationship management. This role offers significant growth opportunities for professionals looking to build a successful career in industrial and dairy equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Establish and maintain relationships with dairy plants, milk cooperatives, private dairies, food processing units, and other industry stakeholders.
Promote and sell dairy processing equipment and related solutions to prospective customers.
Build, develop, and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution-based sales discussions.
Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and business discussions.
Required QualificationsEducation
B.Tech / B.E. in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
OR
Relevant industry experience in dairy equipment, dairy operations, food processing, industrial equipment sales, or related sectors.

Ability to work independently and manage territory responsibilities effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Proficiency in English and Hindi; basic Marathi communication skills preferred.
Familiarity with dealer development, distributor management, and channel sales is an advantage.
