Engagement Context
Ownership of internal panels, automations, infrastructure activities and platform components, with a growth path toward end-to-end system ownership
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Development
Develop and support internal products, panels and systems across both front-end and back-end layers.
Build new features, modules and integrations in line with evolving internal requirements.
Write clean, maintainable and well-structured code that other team members can extend.
Translate functional requirements into working, tested and documented technical solutions.
2. Cloud & Infrastructure
Set up, configure and maintain servers and cloud environments for internal systems.
Handle environment provisioning, configuration activities and routine cloud administration.
Manage application hosting, networking basics, storage and access configuration as required.
Support cost-aware, secure and reliable operation of the cloud footprint.
3. CI/CD, Environments & Deployments
Assist in setting up and maintaining staging, testing and production environments.
Support CI/CD pipelines for consistent, repeatable builds and releases.
Carry out and support deployments across environments with appropriate controls and rollbacks.
Help ensure parity and stability between development, staging and production.
4. Maintenance, Debugging & Enhancements
Own ongoing maintenance, debugging and upgrades of developed systems over time.
Diagnose and resolve issues across the application and infrastructure stack.
Plan and implement feature enhancements and performance improvements.
Manage version upgrades, dependency updates and technical-debt reduction.
5. Internal Tools, Dashboards & Automation
Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards and automation workflows.
Streamline recurring operational and technical tasks through automation.
Provide operational technical support for internal users of these tools and systems.
6. Documentation, Monitoring & Operational Support
Maintain clear documentation for systems, configurations, deployments and processes.
Set up and monitor system health, logs and alerts; troubleshoot proactively.
Provide execution and operational support to keep internal systems running reliably.
