We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Groovy, Grails, and React to join a high-performing engineering team. What You'll Be Doing
✔ Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Groovy, and Grails
✔ Build modern, responsive, and reusable UI components using React
✔ Own API design, data modeling, and module-level architecture
✔ Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and technical mentorship
✔ Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
✔ Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams
✔ Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java, Groovy, and Grails
- Advanced experience with React, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Strong understanding of System Design, Design Patterns, and Architecture Principles
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
Good to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- Knowledge of logging, monitoring, observability, and production support
- Experience with automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment automation
- Understanding of scalable and highly available cloud-native architectures
AI & Engineering Productivity
We encourage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development. Experience with GitHub Copilot for:
Feature scaffolding and rapid development
Code refactoring and optimization
Test case generation and documentation
Reviewing and improving AI-generated code
Promoting responsible AI usage within engineering teams
