What You'll Do ?
Technical Leadership
Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js.
Own end-to-end architecture decisions across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
Drive engineering best practices, code quality, security standards, and performance optimization.
Participate in product planning and influence technical roadmap decisions.
Full Stack Development
Build and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Design and develop secure, scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
Team Leadership
Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams.
Drive sprint planning, technical execution, and timely project delivery.
Required SkillsBackend
Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
Experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices.
Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0).
Frontend
Advanced React.js expertise.
Hands-on experience with Hooks, Redux/Zustand, Context API, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of component architecture and frontend best practices.
