About the Roles

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our investment firm, conveniently located near Expo MRT, Changi. This is a permanent role offering a five-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm), with a competitive basic salary plus performance bonus. You will be part of a dynamic finance team, handling comprehensive accounting duties while contributing to the firm’s financial operations and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare month-end closings and generate accurate financial reports on schedule.

Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax agents, and other external service providers as needed.

Prepare GST and tax submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Perform precise data entry and support finance-related reporting.

Assist with budgeting processes and handle ad-hoc financial tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in accounting.

Strong understanding of full-set accounting and accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.

Experience with tax reporting and regulatory submissions is an advantage.

Prior exposure to investment, financial services, or private equity sectors is preferred.
