teams and Digital Delivery leadership to support consistent BIM execution, maintain alignment with firm standards, and contribute to effective project delivery.

What You'll Do

Lead project BIM deliverables in partnership with Project Managers and Project Coordinators

Serve as project BIM Lead for assigned projects, managing BIM execution, model structure, documentation, and cross-discipline coordination across internal and external teams

Use BIM 360, ACC, and related tools to manage model exchange, coordination workflows, and collaboration with internal and external partners

Lead BIM quality control of engineering drawings for consistency, accuracy, and legibility, maintaining accountability throughout the project lifecycle

Execute the Quality Management Plan (QMP) activities related to BIM on assigned projects and proactively address model health and coordination issues

Prepare and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans based on firmwide frameworks and project requirements

Lead setup and maintenance of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks models for assigned projects

Facilitate BIM kickoff meetings and coordination expectations with project teams, clients, and design partners as needed

Contribute to BIM process improvements, standards development, and internal best-practice documentation

Build working knowledge of Level of Development requirements and how they affect project scope, schedule, fees, and deliverable expectations

Mentor junior staff through day-to-day coaching, technical guidance, and project support

Identify and help resolve BIM-related risks, coordination challenges, and scope impacts in collaboration with Project Managers

Lead or coordinate drawing review workflows using Bluebeam Revu or similar markup tools, ensuring clear resolution of comments and alignment with BIM deliverables

Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

6+ years of AEC industry experience with BIM or digital delivery responsibilities

Must have experience in a coordination or leadership role

Demonstrated success supporting BIM or digital delivery on complex or multi-discipline projects

Willingness to travel as needed

Relevant certification or equivalent demonstrated proficiency in BIM, digital delivery, Autodesk platforms, or related tools preferred

Effective communication skills, and confidence participating in BIM coordination discussions, meetings and small presentations

Solid understanding of construction and engineering workflows, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination

Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam BIM 360/ACC, and related tools

Ability to manage coordination workflows, model organization, and digital deliverables on complex projects

Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, model health, and BIM quality expectations

Ability to support Level of Development requirements and digital deliverable expectations

Strong attention to detail and awareness of project-wide coordination impacts

Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and deadlines

Commitment to supporting others and contributing to standards, tools, and process improvements

Strong team collaborator with an emerging leadership presence

Reliable, flexible, and able to maintain a positive attitude under project pressure

Demonstrate advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools and their use to support project coordination, tracking, and reporting

Skilled at estimating task durations and coordinating work with project schedules

What We Offer

Hiring Base Salary Range: $74,300-$90,700 annual

This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay

The base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
