About the Role

The Project Manager is the person who keeps everything moving. You own the timelines, the deliverables, the quality, and the communication between our creative team and our clients. You are not a task tracker. You are the reason nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Own

All client projects in Asana: timelines, deliverables, priorities, and dependencies

The connection between client requests and our creative team. You translate, you brief, you follow up, you close the loop

Quality control on every deliverable before it reaches the client. Brand voice, accuracy, alignment, zero errors

Google Drive. Organized, clean, consistently named, always accessible

Client communication support under the direction of the Marketing Solutions Partner

SOP and AI tool implementation in collaboration with our Operations Manager

Early problem identification. You flag risks before they become fires

Required Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, service-based environment managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously. Marketing agencies, PR firms, event production companies, tech service agencies, and consulting firms are all strong backgrounds. If your experience is mostly in slow-moving corporate or product environments, this role will be a significant adjustment

Academic English fluency. You are reviewing deliverables written for US audiences and communicating with US-based clients and team members. Clean, professional, precise written English is required. Conversational fluency is not enough

Asana proficiency. Not just checking tasks off. Building and managing project structures that a whole team depends on

US business hours availability. Full-time, consistent, no exceptions

Tech-forward mindset. You figure out new tools on your own. You do not wait to be trained. Comfort with AI tools is expected and will come up in the hiring process

Preferred Qualifications

PM certification such as PMP, PMI, Asana Certified Pro, or Monday.com

Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in a professional setting

Background in nonprofit, association, or mission-driven marketing
